Breakfast Eggnog (Tooth-Strengthening)

Recipe for healing leaky gut, ensuring body can absorb high level of nutrients, and specifically aimed at healing tooth decay, based on the recommendations of Ramiel Nagel.

Blend the following:

  • 1 cup of yoghurt
  • 1 raw egg (you can use 2 if you like) – I use pasture-raised eggs from a local farm, never commercial eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon of raw honey (or organic maple syrup)
  • dash of cinnamon (or freshly grate some nutmeg)

Note: Raw eggs can induce intense detoxification symptoms, and pregnant women may choose not to consume raw eggs due to the risk of salmonella 

Please also note that if you consume this on a regular basis, such as daily, you should set aside the raw egg white every second day or so. Consuming too much egg white can cause issues, since they inhibit the bodies ability to absorb certain nutrients such as biotin (a B vitamin).
